One of several recent senior additions as JCS invests in its leadership for its next phase of growth.
JCS Solutions announced today that Michelle “Shelley” McHenry, SPHR, has joined the company as Chief of Staff. She joins as JCS sharpens its focus as a cyber company, helping federal customers defend networks, counter insider threats, modernize securely, and turn data into AI-enabled decision intelligence.
Her appointment reflects a period of deliberate leadership investment at JCS. The company recently added a Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and is expanding its executive team and business-development leads as the business grows.

McHenry brings more than 25 years in leadership, human resources, and operations across the government contracting market. She spent nearly two decades with Eagle Ray and Solerity, most recently as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Solerity, where she led HR and facilities for a 250-plus-person federal contractor and built the systems, policies, and workforce programs behind its scale.
As Chief of Staff, McHenry will partner with CEO Raji Bezwada and the leadership team to drive priorities forward, improve collaboration across the business, and keep execution sharp.
