Q&A with Raji Bezwada, CEO of JCS Solutions

Ms. Raji Bezwada leads the JCS Solutions strategic direction from a values-based position that is centered on people, driven by innovation and grounded in integrity. Fostering cross-functional collaboration, she ensures that JCS teams work in harmony to create innovative cybersecurity and technology solutions for federal customer missions. Under her direction, JCS has earned industry recognition as a top workplace, cybersecurity innovator and fast-growing company.

Before founding JCS, Bezwada began her extensive federal service career at the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command. She later served as Executive Director at the Defense Contract Management Agency and in leadership roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Bezwada earned three master’s degrees and is a graduate of both the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Defense Leadership Management Program. She holds multiple certifications in program management, acquisition and health informatics. Her leadership extends to serving as a mentor, volunteer and nonprofit board director to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs.
