    Founder & Chief Executive Officer: Raji Bezwada

    Raji is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience and a wide range of executive level skills acquired from education and civilian employment in both the federal and private sector. Raji brings multi-disciplinary expertise from leadership and management roles within the Department of Defense (DoD) including U.S. Army, Defense Technical Information Center Defense Contract Management Agency, DoD/VA Interagency Program Office and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

    Raji is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) and Defense Leadership and Management Program. Raji’s certifications include Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level III Program Management and the American Medical Informatics Association Health Informatics program. She holds three master’s degrees and her awards and recognitions include the ICAF’s Commandant’s Award for Outstanding Research in Support of the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Distinguished Civilian Service Award, Outstanding Employee of the year and various other awards.


    President & Chief Strategy Officer: Hari Bezwada

    Serves as the Chief Strategy Officer. He brings more than 27 years of Department of Defense (DoD) joint senior leadership experience managing multibillion-dollar programs; national and international recognition for leadership. Mr. Bezwada’s degrees include a Masters of Public Administration, a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the Army War College.

    He holds Level III Acquisition Certifications in Program Management, Systems Engineering, Computers and Communications, and Production and Manufacturing. He is also a graduate of the Chief Information Officer Institute’s Federal CIO Certificate Program at Carnegie Mellon University.

    Mr. Bezwada’s awards include CIO of the year in North America, Individual of the Year in Federal Government, DoD Distinguished Civilian Award, Army Distinguished Civilian Award, DoD Value Engineering Award, Defense Acquisition Executive Awards for Excellence in Program Management and contracting, David Packard Award in Acquisition, Computer World Premier 100 winner, two-time Fed 100 winner, and numerous other DoD, Army, and Industry awards.


    Vice President, Defense & Intel: CP Watkins

    CP completed 26 years in the Army as a Telecommunications Systems Engineer with a wide range of tactical, operational and strategic assignments. Most recently, his assignments included leading the Army’s Network Operations and Security Center for the Continental United States, managing $2 billion of Army IT Enterprise Services and Infrastructure programs at the Army CIO/G-6.

    His portfolio also included planning, conducting and analyzing strategic cybersecurity assessments for Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands and the Army Reserve for the Office of the Secretary of Defense Director of Operational Test and Evaluation.

    CP has a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Telecommunications from the University of Colorado as well as a Masters degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School at National Defense University where he was a distinguished graduate. He is a 2014 FCW Federal 100 winner.


    Vice President, Civilian & Commercial: Timothy Hays, PhD

    Tim has over 29 years of experience in health-related research, data analytics and quality, decision intelligence, business process redesign, and leading multidisciplinary teams focused on Health IT transformation. His background includes IT modernization, management consulting, disease classification data standards and interoperability, and federal government contracting and service.

    He held several senior leadership positions as a federal employee at the National Institutes of Health, implementing NIH-wide data analytics platforms, Health IT systems, and public communication programs. He is a frequent speaker on data analysis, change management, and data mining for complex health initiatives. He was also a participant in the development of the Report Mental Health: Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, A Supplement to Mental Health: A Report of the Surgeon General. Dr. Hays holds a BA in psychology from Purdue University and a PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA.
